Dev log: Destroy Communications Array

Milestone M2 brought the first cooperative operation: squads of up to four deployed against the swarm, destroyed the communications array and held the landing zone for extraction.

With the move to a persistent open world, scripted missions are being replaced by dynamic events in persistent regions. The Colony Outpost map and its objectives remain useful as a test bed.
